Karen was very responsive. The process of getting my puppy was very easy. She sent videos which helped me see the personalities of the pups. . My puppy is so smart and beautiful. She is exactly what we needed for our family. Highly recommend!

Karen was great to work with and Harley is a great puppy. She is so sweet and smart. Potty training and crate training were no issue at all. She sleeps 8 hours every night and never makes a peep. She will play fetch until my arm gives out. She still has a lot of puppy in her and acts like a 4 month old puppy but everyday we see progress and can definitely tell she is going to be a loved addition to our family. Picture is at 16 weeks with her favorite ball that Karen sent with her when we picked her up.

Karen has been the best from the very first phone call to puppy delivery to followup questions to ongoing loving updates with my Aussiedoodle, Biscotti. The puppies were definitely loved and well cared for, as that shows and hasn't changed over the past 9 weeks he has been home. He is such a sweet boy and I love to see the updates on his mom, dad, siblings and cousins! Such a great family ranch that helps bring these healthy, happy babies into our lives. I can't believe Biscotti has been with me for over half his life and is 4 months old tomorrow! He is growing fast, loves the snow, full of energy and the joy of my life!
